Appointment Cancellation Policy
Hurley Clinic
Missed appointments and late cancellations prevent other patients from accessing treatment and create unnecessary disruption to the clinic schedule.
For this reason, Hurley Clinic operates a 24-hour cancellation policy.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact the clinic as soon as possible so that we can offer the appointment to another patient.
Appointments may be rescheduled at no charge provided at least 24 hours notice is given.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full appointment fee.
If you cancel with more than 24 hours notice, we can either:

transfer the full payment as credit to your account for use at a future appointment, or
• issue a refund minus a
£2 administration fee to cover non-refundable payment processing costs.
Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time in order to avoid delaying subsequent patients.
Hurley Clinic understands that genuine emergencies or illness may occasionally occur and such situations will always be considered at the discretion of the clinic.
